(1) Personnel entering and exiting the clean room of spraying jigs should observe: spraying jigs

1. Management of entering the clean room of spraying jigs 1.1 Before entering the paint shop, any personnel should change shoes and clean clothes in the locker room, and put the replaced shoes in the shoe cabinet for storage.

1.2 If the manufacturer or guest wants to enter the spraying fixture to perform operations or visits without dust, they must be guided by the company's relevant personnel; the manufacturer or guest who wants to enter the spraying fixture clean room must place outdoor shoes on the shoes in the shoe changing area according to regulations Inside the cabinet, personal belongings (handbags, books, etc.) must be kept outside, and must not be placed in a clean room with spraying fixtures.

1.3 After changing clothes and shoes, you must go through the air shower room (AIRSHOWER) before you can enter. In the air shower room (AIRSHOWER), you need to raise your hands and rotate slowly when you "air shower" in the air shower room according to regulations. You can enter after 360 degrees of your body and lightly pat your body clothes to remove the dust.

1.4 The two self-locking doors of the air shower room cannot be opened at the same time, and the air shower must be air showered for 15-20 seconds after entering the air shower room. Do not press the emergency stop switch privately.

1.5 The following persons are not allowed to enter the clean room of spraying jigs: (1) Non-operating personnel or those without prior permission; (2) Not wearing special dust-free clothing or those who do not wear dust-free clothing in accordance with the regulations and Those who blow in the air shower room (AIRSHOWER); (3) those who have just finished intense exercise and sweat; (4) those who have not passed more than half an hour after smoking or eating, (because the dust generated by the smoker is not in the initial stage 90 times of smokers, until 30 minutes later, it drops to about 15 times); (5) Those who put on makeup and lipstick.

1.6 The tools, materials and accessories to be brought into the dust-free room of the spraying fixture must be dusted with an air dust gun before entering the dust-free room of the spraying fixture from the cargo shower room; there must be no oil, rust, dust and other pollutants.

1.7 The following items shall not be brought into the clean room: (1) Equipment, spare parts, measuring instruments and other items that have not undergone the cleaning process; (2) Carton boxes and records or note papers that have not undergone special treatment;

2. The management of the spraying fixture in the clean room

2.1 When transporting tools or materials, they must be completely off the ground, or pushed with a trolley, and must not be towed on the ground to avoid scratching the ground.

2.2 Do not use tools that can produce smoke.

2.3 If there is a dangerous place in the work place, protective measures should be arranged and marked.

2.4 Do not leave any waste or unused tools and materials in the paint shop. Check the surrounding environment at any time. If there is any damage, immediately notify the relevant personnel of the company to deal with it.

2.5 It is forbidden to drink any food (including water) in the painting workshop.

2.6 Maintain the corresponding temperature and humidity in the paint shop (temperature: 17-28°C, humidity: 45-85%)

2.7 Keep the workshop floor moist and mop the floor regularly.

2.8 It is forbidden to gather people or conduct private conversations irrelevant to the operation in the paint shop.

2.9 People in the paint shop are prohibited from sitting on the floor to reduce dust.

2.10 Do not place objects or do other operations above the airflow in the work area.

2.11 Maintain a slight positive pressure in the spray booth and paint shop.

2.12 Regular maintenance of spraying fixtures, replacement of exhaust air supply system and waste gas and wastewater treatment systems, regular maintenance of the cleaning of spray booths, fixtures, and workshops.

2.13 Personnel spraying fixtures are not allowed to enter or exit from the cargo shower room. Except personnel, no product fixtures are allowed to enter the air shower room.

3. Exit the dust-free management of spraying jigs,

3.1 Exit the clean room through the designated exit and change clothes in the changing area.

3.2 After replacement, the spraying jig and dust-free clothes and hats should be neatly placed in the specified position, and dust-free shoes should be placed in the shoe rack.

3.3 It is absolutely forbidden to directly enter the general area (non-clean room) wearing clean clothes.

(2) The management of clean room clothes

1. Washing:

1.1 When dust-free clothing is contaminated, it can be replaced or cleaned at the specified time.

(3) The use and maintenance of products and equipment in the clean room of spray jigs.

1. Maintenance and replacement of the filter in the central air supply system. 1.1 The primary filter, under normal use, should be replaced once every 3 months, and maintained once a week (air gun blowing dust or cleaning

1.2 The medium-efficiency filter, under normal use, should be replaced every 6-8 months, and maintained once a month (air gun blowing dust or cleaning).

1.3 High-efficiency filter, under normal use, replace it every 8-12 months.

1.4 The specific replacement frequency is based on the measurement data of the dust particle meter. If the standard is exceeded, maintenance and replacement are required.

2. Special clean room instruments and supplies should be used to clean up the dust in the clean room of spray jigs. For example, special vacuum cleaners, dust-free cloth, dust-free paper, dust-free mop, etc. for spraying jigs.

3. The sticky mat is replaced regularly every day; the shoe cover cannot be reused.

4. Use a dust particle counter to detect the number of dust particles in the clean room at regular points every day, and make records, and report abnormal situations to the report in time, and take corresponding remedial measures.
